With a decade of culinary under his belt, Chef Josh is a dynamic force in the world of gourmet cuisine. His journey began in Edmonton, where a passion for food quickly evolved into a lifelong dedication. Josh’s journey continued as he became a Journeyman Red Seal Chef at NAIT.
